About me & how I work

Hi, I'm Katie.

I'm an integrative, relational psychotherapist with a background in the arts. I offer a warm, welcoming space, free of judgement, to explore whatever it is you're bringing. Maybe you don't know what that is yet, and that's ok too.

We will meet weekly for 50-minute sessions to slow things down and make sense of them together. I see therapy as a space for curiosity: a chance to notice what's going on beneath the surface and explore the thoughts, feelings, relationships and experiences that shape how you see yourself and the world around you.

Together, we can begin to make sense of what you're experiencing, and my hope is that through this process you can develop a deeper self-understanding, and find new and more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others.

It's important that you find the right therapist for you. I offer a free 20-minute chat by video or on the phone so that we can get a sense of one another and how the work together might feel. You can also use this time to ask any questions you might have about the process.
